No matter how well you plan it out, you will encounter obstacles.Whether it’s work, family commitments, lousy weather, or a weeklong bout with a bug, you’ll constantly be making adjustments to your “perfect” training plan.

If you’re a self-coached triathlete like me you need to scramble and shift gears to make progress FAST when the inevitable curve ball comes your way, especially when time is not on your side.

Here’s where I come in.

I offer something completely different from what you’ll find from most other tri coaches.  Here’s how it works:

  1. You drop me a line here.
  2. We’ll set up a 15 minute phone call – no cost to you.  In that call we’ll talk about where you need help and decide if we are a “fit.” I’ve been racing for 30 years, and feel pretty confident that I can give you some ideas on training, diet, racing, time management, whatever.
  3. If it’s a GO, we’ll schedule our first coaching session:  buy an hour as you need it or a handful if you’d like.  No commitments, no contracts,just pay for each hour you want.
